Cookies and similar storage
Universal Scripts at universalscripts.co uses a cookie to remember your optional-service choice. Cookies are small values stored by the browser and sent according to their scope. localStorage is a separate browser storage technology that can retain preferences without attaching them to every request. Connected providers may use these technologies or similar identifiers. Their purpose determines whether they are necessary, analytics, advertising or an optional external feature; a useful statistic does not make an advertising tracker technically necessary.
Before and after a decision
Optional analytics and advertising integrations, when connected, are permitted by default before a decision. The banner appears for a visitor without a current choice, including when no optional provider is connected. Allow keeps optional services permitted. Necessary Only prevents subsequent optional loading, events and storage. Choosing a policy link or scrolling the page does not make a decision. The two choices are available directly, and you can reopen them through Cookie settings in the footer.
What the website stores
The host-only us_consent cookie contains the choice, policy version, decision time and expiry, without an advertising visitor ID. Its duration is 180 days from the actual click, rather than 180 days renewed on every view. Its path is /, SameSite is Lax, and Secure is set on HTTPS. A localStorage value named us_consent mirrors the decision for tab synchronization. The newest valid decision is used, so an older Allow does not replace a newer refusal. A changed policy does not silently cancel a still-valid Necessary Only decision.
Preferences and optional categories
The us_theme localStorage value stores an explicitly selected light or dark theme until you change or remove it. Language is selected through the page address. These preferences support your requested experience and remain available after Necessary Only. Analytics can measure use; advertising can deliver or measure ads; external embeds can load their provider’s content. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are possible providers, with their details linked in the Privacy Policy. Provider cookie names, domains and retention periods must reflect the services actually connected; their possible use here is not a copied list of another site’s cookies.
Changing or removing a choice
Select Cookie settings to change your decision. The form on this page also works without JavaScript and offers the same two choices. Deleting browser cookies or allowing the recorded decision to expire can make the banner appear again. Private browsing and blocked storage can prevent persistence. A failed save does not reopen optional activity on the current page after Necessary Only. Reading, filters, Copy and Lua downloads continue to work. Your setting is local to this domain and is not used to synchronize an advertising identity across other Roblox sites.
Limits of cleanup and your contact
Necessary Only stops future optional activity through the website’s controller and removes known accessible storage belonging to a connected adapter. It cannot remove cookies of another domain or recall information already transmitted. Changing back to Allow does not send a backlog of events from the refusal period.
